About Core Health Care

The Project

Core Health Care is all about helping patients in assisted living feel empowered through caring and customized medical solutions. The client wanted us to build a platform that can help them bring together top healthcare experts to offer comprehensive medical support and wellness programs aimed at improving the quality of life for every patient.

The Design

Our team designed the platform to be easy to use and welcoming. We wanted patients and caregivers to find the information they need quickly, so we focused on creating a clear, friendly interface.
